To optimize our frames, we analysed the shape and structure of thousands of faces. But while the design of our frames is based on the date of many people, each pair of glasses is finished based on the data of just one.
When you order a pair of glasses, we take a 3D scan of your face using the newest possible infrared scanning technology. We use the Scan to make slight adjustments in the design to make sure it's a perfect fit. We 3D print our glasses using Selective Laser Sintering, the most precise technology available today. And we print them where we sell them, cutting down our footprint while bringing German-engineered eyewear to the world.
We've chosen mass customisation over mass production. We use technology to ensure we only make exactly what we need, without the waste. It means we'll never make the same glasses twice.
